I read it differently - Novus has taken their 6% in shares (not cash) 10 mill. @ 0.003, therefore they also receive the bonus options - "Novus Capital will receive 10,000,000 shares and 3,333,333 options with an exercise price of 0.6c, expiring in 3 years from issue as a management fee for the placement".
