    you and I own SYA not SYA Quebec

    SYA Quebec is a JV 25:75 PLL:SYA

    When SYA Quebec receives x dollars, what’s left after cost etc is paid 75% to SYA and the 25% PLL is never “seen” by SYA

    to make it even more complicated separately though this is done at shareholder level PLL owns 17% of SYA
