Yes I believe that there won't be any info on the SOLVE CRT trial data in the Annual Report, because it's embargoed until release at the HRC conference, correct me if I'm wrong on that. However as mentioned previously, the fact that EBR have volunteered to present the data at the biggest gathering of heart rhythmic specialists in the world, bodes well for the data (IMO). Surely if the trial was going poorly they wouldn't want to get up and present at that particular event...

As far as the bot action on the SP goes- that's way outside my wheelhouse. Someone with more experience/knowledge in this area might venture an opinion, but I'm afraid that aspect of trading is all voodoo to me.

Another thing, and it has been mentioned in these threads I think but not explained as far as I can recall. The part about US 'persons' being unable to purchase EBR shares. You can see in this screenshot on my order pad:

Does anyone have any knowledge if this is a common thing? I tried looking it up in the ASX Compliance Listing Rules, but slipped into a mild coma shortly thereafter...

I know the company is based in California. Why have they listed on the ASX, and why can't US citizens purchase shares? Does anyone have knowledge of what impact this might have on the SP?

Any thoughts appreciated, apologies if I'm missing something obvious, still learning as always...
