Extract from the TPD reply: :

"Unfortunately, the ASX waiverrelated specifically to ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 10.11, which allowed the SPPto be excluded from Talon’s existing placement capacity.

The waiver did not relate tothe $30,000 issuance limit in any 12-month period, which is a separate ASICInstrument. "
So, there I go. Maybe TMK might have an offer...........
