    After the scheme finishes (assuming No vote prevails), the "no-shop, no-talk" is finally removed. Then ESS management can ask MIN what their intentions are.

    Surely TLEA, MIN and ESS management know the outcome tomorrow is likely a NO, and will therefore have announcements ready to go from all parties.
