just thought i might start a thread if anyone has some great insights into funding options, as opposed to the standard CR dilution? We may well have any of the below soon, but, what other good scenarios should PAR be considering, that we've seen other companies undertake?
I have seen a few over the time here, @ceviche i think you may have offered up alternatives before?
- we could well have MPS deal, but, hard to know if that must be spent on MPS or whether we could use as we see fit...
- we could have chinese OA deal, but, not indicated recently as in the next 6 months
- global OA deal... but, again, would appear (gut feel only) that they are waiting on FDA feedback etc and this might be too late for cash burn...
we wont know if they have offers early enough on any or all of these that could be used for some kind of non-dilutive funding (i.e. to be paid back when deals eventuate), but, thought i might throw the floor open for ideas...
