F me TCF there it is in black and white from BH about no placement needed for 3 to 4 quarter's. This is exactly what he told me and I told you on HC. I'll be honest it was pretty ordinary to downramp today about a placement coming when you knew that wasn't the facts. Selling your stock and then trying to buy back in lower is fine but to downramp with BS is terrible. I never ever do that. If I sell I say nothing and watch I never downramp to buy back in. Says alot about a person.
