This is not a mothballed due to high costs situation where you can reopen after prices are higher.
Smarts u/g study parameters translated into AISC $1000 or so if you did the math, but it might be higher now.
My understanding is they need a final top-up of the recapitalization.
Then again they might just wait for the iron ore money to come in from Brazil.
