According to ASIC Proceedings and the follow-up court case Benny Boy was found guilty of fraudulently misleading shareholders that cost them millions of dollars not sure what part of that you cannot understand and may I add along with the rest of the BoD's of Auz Mines who signed off on all matters pertaining to Benny Boy getting thrown under the bus...even in your follow up postings you put forward whereby the company was forced to make retractions of misleading statements by their own admissions, and yet you still question ASIC findings funny as.
