IMO
MMIC in their previous report classified ndo as one of the non-performing assets, maybe the sp did not work in their favor because of their timing. they might have a guideline to hold for certain years or because this is just a small potato, bugger it, bad for the report. IMO.
with regards to holders in control, or buying substantially. any holders will prefer sp to be $4 not .145. ndo assets and potentials are there on AGM presentation by directors. IMO, my thought only..
