After Min started buying and the price jumped above 50c some would have changed their vote to No, but many already voted no because they think 50c was too cheap , BOD sellouts, do better go-it-alone etc. Regardless that MIN was going to kill it stone dead anyway, we now get to see what it feels like to be back 'free' of TLEA's egregious TO offer and on our own again...
Will TLEA walk or come back with a revised offer?
Will MIN make an offer soon, after 4 months so they can offer 50c, not for >12 months, not ever?
How many will cut their losses and move on from this shemozzle if TLEA walks, MIN has a foot on our throats at 20% and seat on the board?
What price would shareholders approve a MIN TO offer now, and how much after 12 months to think on it?
