    STX would only bid scrip for TPD ex Gurvantes. I prefer keep Gurvantes, next best option is spinoff/distribution in specie, least preferred would be sale. I can't comprehend selling your best asset, would just be dumb IMO. Doubt anything will happen on the Gurvantes side of things until Pilot Well program is complete, after all, we are paying for it.
