IMO Id say we are fair valued with our book value assets being undervalued. Considering a company is never valued on just book value assets alone, the conclusion should not be drawn that SYA is therefore undervalued. A lot goes into valuing a company not just its assets, not just its future earnings potential..

We are at fair value atm, there is the potential to go lower but I think shorts will have a hard time pressing this lower with the SoI.
The flip side of this is, even though we are fair valued, I do say we have enormous upside potential given the highly conservative nature of the figures used to arrive at this fair value. Some might even say the figures are "way too conservative". Im certainly starting to lead this way.

I wouldnt be looking to heavily at others Spod prices for a number of reasons:
1) Some of these companies are enormous and do have goodwill marked into the price they charge because of their name.
2) Latest quarterlies are just that and there is a lag from the report time to the read time in which data has changed either for the worse or for the better.
3) Larger companies can have economies of scale with higher produce and larger market share can again ask for a better price.

I think many here agree and will continue to bang this drum while manipulators continue to churn it as best they can. As long as all goes well as it has done up to production, there is light at the end of the tunnel. An by that stage the writing will be on the wall and it will be bleedingly obvious.

I am happy to hold my slice until then, no way am I selling my early retirement short.

I am using 20 year LOM and 190,000 average tones per year @ $4500... NPV comes out at about $5.1 Billion.
