    YEAH one needs to start thinking about where things are at right about now.

    nothing to suggest a turnaround -i know wait till certificatoion then sales begin - but surely cert should have been done by now given two firms engaged.

    also no word on the DOE funds - i cant see them coming any time soon - maybe Feds out of dough funding all these overseas issues?.
