Not sure what you don't understand.

1. Deposit is flat lying and shallow. This means a low strip ratio. This is good.

2. They are near Rio and BHP. Railway lines are near. This is good.

3. They have more areas to drill. This mean more potential. This is good.

4. I don't hold. This is correct. Why? I like HEM, but there are sooooooooo many bargins out there better than HEM. Why have an explorer, when you can have producers with a P.E. of 2.
