Ms Robinson replaces Mr David Koch who has been the Company Secretary of European Metals
since April 2022. David has stepped down as Company Secretary due to other work commitments
recently taken on. The Board wishes to thank David for his contribution to the Company and
wishes him all the best for the future.
Ms Shannon Robinson is responsible for the Company Secretary role for the Company and
pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6 is the person responsible for communication between the
Company and the ASX.

Well first hunch...EMN has even smaller MC than EMH and is down 70% from their 52w peak. Not sure how valuable this merge would be.

If Shannon Robinson is engaged for any M&A-related activities support then most plausible scenario is a buyout process from CEZ or associated Technological Partner that CEZ have mentioned that they are looking for to support operation of the Gigafactory and associated auxiliary facilities.

Also...dd anyone see the B:S ratio? what the hell has happened? I've never seen such abysmal split with EMH 30:64, looks like someone is about or is reducing their position significantly and pre-populated the sell side.
