If there was an option where I could vote against additional placement capacity in the form of an SPP or sophs only CR, I certainly would… I doubt such an effort would either succeed any better than the last effort or raise a worthwhile amount for significant dilution, so completely pointless IMO. But I would vote for leaving open the option of a 25% strategic placement at a premium to a partner as part of a long term deal to fund Rafa and block any other lo-ball t/o.
