I believe they achieved that milestone today. ~51.4% as at COB today (i.e. 1 - (260.9m current unfulfilled bid / 536.7m SOI)). That's subject to T+2 settlement, naturally, which is just a formality.

I'm interested to see what, if any, better granularity around the operational issues is forthcoming in the upcoming quarterly. That said, I'm not anticipating that it will provide any better detail, as they had the opportunity to do so in the Target's Statement and chose not to (sigh).
