Hi Shelly, the other aspect I guess is that it's likely cost in Tanzania will be significantly lower than in say the USA or Germany. Was a bit surprised it didn't seem to be part of framework agreement, perhaps Tanzania wanting to be seen as treating all graphite companies equally or initial purification into a concentrate sufficient processing.

I wonder where the high purity fines are likely to come from. Will they be from the Tanzanian plant or will they then need further purifying at a purification plant somewhere.
