    Mogg.RCP have substiantial Approx.Tax losses (approx.
    $80,000,000)which can be used over the Production Years at RCP and please have a 'looksie' at DOM to see how they have used Taxation losses there. BTV could 'syphon' off a nice bit of Cash from RCP just by putting a 'Toe in the Water' at RCP.
