I agree with you that MIN are not white knights. But it won't go back to 30-40c because at least two big players in the game want ESS.

Tianqi will have to make a better bid just out of pride and to save his face in order to get out of the story with honor. MIN will have to respond to this. MIN didn't buy nearly 20% of ESS stock for a few percent gain.

The starting point is more in favor of the shareholders. Let the bidding begin. AIMHO. GLTA
