Thanks Ice and others that have continued to post through this plunge. Not much fun, the share price action seems designed to cause distress, hopelessness and capitulation. The only positive that I have noted is that there have been a number of highly qualified and I assume smart people who have recently given up very well paid employment to work for ASM. I would assume they know more about the companies prospects than us suffering share holders. I can see the need for secrecy when dealing in this very competitive market dominated by a monster but shareholders need to see some light at the end of this Big Dipper from ASM management.
Ice notes that there is still 3.5million shares short sold, that have not been covered longer term. Unfortunately the millions of short sold shares that were covered by manipulating the share price down- causing forced selling by funds with ASM exit from the various indexes has generated significant profits. It will be interesting to see how many shares were short sold today. I feel the short attack appears to be upping the ante with many retail holders now being forced to sell or selling out of a loss in faith in ASM's management.
ASM management need to deliver some positive news, or is it possible that ASM's share price has been decimated to facilitate some type of take over or management buy out. I am a stubborn old bastard and I will eat bread and dripping before they get any of my shares. Good luck to us brave and possibly stupid holders.
