What is nonsense is assuming somehow MIN need PD dome material now. They don’t!
As for pricing … MIN will do whatever to get ESS at as low a price as possible, if they actually want it, and may take their good time in doing it. Why would they do otherwise? with a near 20% interest he has a chokehold on ESS so no need to pay overs for the other 70ish% When he can just wait it out if The other party walks.
Why do you assume MIN is the savior just because you have some distain of management.
Maybe you are one of the punters caught in cesium 100rds of millions of dollars fiasco.
