Lowe has been at least a cheaper option to hang around six months than the outrageous consultancy fee Fraser charged us. And for better results from the VERY low bar Fraser set. Can only assume none of the BOD wanted the slightly increased workload or responsibility over this 4-5 month period thus Lowe was retained.
