I entirely disagree on this point actually. I see no reason why SYAQ should sell the spod to PLL for anything less than $900 per tonne even though it will now be 5.4%.
I posted this on the PLL thread a couple of days ago as to why (in my opinion):
$900 per tonne is still around 4 times less than the current average SC5.4 price (as proven by Allkem yesterday). The offtake is based on market pricing capped within a range between $500-$900. Still nowhere near being under the $900 ceiling.
