I’m not an employee of the company I’m a major SH and provider of the initial startup cash and director (receiving no cash payments), I have been following SPX for a few years and last year I was really impressed with what SPX was putting together across variety of target markets. I understand the time these deals take and the work needed by the management team to put them together, something some posters don’t appreciate about your company. This is what prompted me to call our CEO and suggest he call SPX as I believed we would be a good fit.
