Don't get me wrong I am just speculating here.. but if it was a downgrade, why does it need a trading halt? Last time they issued the downgrade, they didn't go into trading halt? Unless of course a complete disaster...
I might be wrong, but this could well be a new contract that they are trying to finalise asap to assess the impact on the forecast and the only thing comes to mind is those 18,000 cows killed in the US!
