Yes they are going to have to raise money sometime this quarter, but you didn’t need to be a rocket scientist to work that out, exploration costs money, what do you want them to do with the money, sit on their arse at some flash harry restaurant pissing it up, as opposed to actually spending it on what it’s meant to be spent on.
The market sentiment is crap and has been for a long time, the bed wetters are in control at the moment, but that will change, if your not happy, then dump them, I just bought some more at 14 cents, and I am not alone, and yes I can read a chart.
They may however have results to release, which are positive, before they raise capital, and therefore the raise could be at a higher level than the share price is atm.
