Some of this is pretty targeted stuff, a lot of which seems aimed at the end products that use AP's MEMS chips and possibly other kinds of devices. It also sounds like it will lead to wide ranging commercial audio products a lot quicker than simply having a chip product that will then be being offered to prospective customers to evaluate to see if they want to use it. It would have seemed to me that this would be the kind of IP development role that AP itself should be hiring for, and the work AP itself should be doing. This sounds very much more like JV level of cooperation than simple contract manufacturing. It will be very interesting to watch how this goes forwards commercially. I have to assume that AP has a whole marketing plan worked out from here and is working rapidly towards. That is exactly what they have said. I don't think we have any real idea yet how advanced the planning is here, but I suspect there has been a lot more work done that we are yet to be told about.

EarthMountain’s current forecast is that it will be able to commence delivery of chips incorporating MEMS GEN II sometime in April 2023, enabling the company to commence customer and shareholder demonstrations shortly thereafter. ..."
