Interesting viewpoint. If that is the case, then it is possibly a placeholder... might keep looking for something else and drop it at the end of the due diligence period? Expected one month, but can stretch it to end Sept.
Some Fe companies are in legal disputes in that region, so given the history here, I guess they have to be extra careful?
