Yeah which is why it's a good idea to vote them out. i say get us a new and fully independent board with no linkage to Clee and former CFO.

i reckon there is a risk this new lot will loot the joint before anyone gets a chance to rebuild it and just blame the outgoing board and say "sorry everyone, couldn't save it"

meanwhile they've run off with IP and relationships and can go use that in their existing business interests to prop that up... one of the new nominees has a conflict before he even gets to the table!
