If you think the deal will go through then selling HHI is mathematically correct.

If you think the deal will will fail (with a recap) then it presents compelling value IMO.

But unless you are a trader, buying the loss-making cesspit that is CPH is bewildering IMO.
It makes it such a missed opportunity here for HHI and given away for free. It's funny CPH put a cap on the price originally but HHI didn't put a floor, idiots.

P.S. The PA since 4c suggests market is having a think about it.
