If MIN doesnt acquire 90% by end of TO...
I dont think they would need too starve NWE to death, just tick along as usual with the projects for a bit until Creep rule allowed 90% threshold to be crossed for compulsory acquisition of remainder... There will be CR post NED-1, probably a few months down the track, that would sort out the final step... or just naturally over time... Allowed to creep 1% in the first 6 months after TO ends, then 3% annually after that...
(I honestly wonder how much movement there will be even if NED-1 is a huge success, given how close MIN is to 90%, even if the good stalwart shareholders could hold out. NWE is locked to MIN shareprice.... if you are still a NWE shareholder and want to sell on market, you should be hoping Lithium goes nuts again, pumps up MIN price in turn pumping up NWE price.)
