IMO only, Management dont care what the current SP is doing for the following reasons:

- Selected for DE-FOA-0002678 funding of US $150,000,000

- Engaged and application submitted with US DoE ATVM Loan Program, which can fund upwards of 70% of a project

- Customer prepayment, CEO has stated this option is being explored. With multi year scaling contracts at 30,000TPA, this is worth billions of dollars. A prepayment for a few hundred million is not unheard of and could possibly be done at a discount for the customer, reducing dilution for shareholders.


Novonix has cash on hand for current operations for at least 12 months.

The three points listed above, if what I am anticipating the course of action is and they can execute, will not require management to give a care in the world about current SP for a CR to get this moving.

If that is not the case, and Novonix is required to fund this operation via large CR, we are in trouble. There is nothing currently indicating that will be the current plan to scale this operation.

I love the sky is falling BS. Novonix management have never been about communication to retail, anyways, enjoy the low SP, if you believe in the company buy more, if not, grow the F up and don't complain like a bunch of children, move along.
