Yep - all valid.
Difficult to use forecasted Revs or Cashflow and with respect I’d never base anything of HC posters forecasts (mine included) as you never know what the future holds.
So - Debt v’s equity - is often the debate RE funding.
As mentioned previously - in a high interest rate environment is debt preferable to equity?
