I am assuming that Vickery announcement buried deep in the quarterly, and not bells and whistle price sensitive announcement on its own, maybe designed to keep downwards pressure on price for the BB. I am probably wrong, but I am quite surprised this potentially company changing mine development did not get front of stage.
