Who controls the resources? If a mining company elects not to mine a resource, do they retain lease rights over the mine site, or once they make a decision not to mine, are their rights to the land rescinded?

He said, leases vary, some will have to be work continuously, others you can sit on them.
The only thing common with them all is that the lease Fees have gone up considerably .
