@Scarpa I’m going to reply collectively:

Any type of risk management involves a worst case scenario based assessment - not best case. You don’t plan for the best outcome to happen - you plan for the worst realistic outcome and then put mitigation strategies in place to ensure that it doesn’t happen, or at least lessen the consequence if it does happen.

Literally every poster here has said “x, y, c…(insert reason) will mean we won’t need a CR or extra funding”. Well - that is best case scenario planning.

Instead come up with your worst case scenario - and ask yourself could the company survive without raising additional capital if all those worst cases were to line up?

If the answer is No - it would be prudent to have readily available funding.

An oversimplification but still.
