Not sure. My guess is that it is a good value add but probably not essential for initial production of salt.
I still think it is a good investment in the overall scheme. I’m a bit concerned that we seem to have lost momentum though. Maybe the final approval is a sticking point; would be a huge issue if we continue to be delayed by it. This week should be big in either direction! Good news & the SP should move north but bad news will spell disaster!
