In my opinion they have the countries best interests at heart and that would be immediate production from A2 if all goes well to relieve the countries shortages. An unhappy population is not a good one and Cuba has its own best interests at heart which is why they commandeered the rig for the gas well. Can you blame them though?

They would not keep cucking us they need foreign investment more then ever they were put between a rock and a hard place and imo the welfare of thousands of residents without electricity is far more important then delaying a foreign company from its operation by just weeks.
All permits are still secured, infrastructure ready to go, highly trained team that they have been adding to with production engineers etc screams confidence of a company who knows its going to grow. No one hires if they think they will need to save money in the future!

Payday is just around the corner and congratulations to anyone who bought the recent dip and the market overreaction to the delay

We know Cuba has an energy crisis and we understand the destructive social impact. One has to keep the beer cold. In the best interests of those poor thousands why wouldn’t the government simply commandeer block 9 on their behalf. Seems you have stopped short of the logical extension to your expose’.
