re: Biggles, disagree with you totally. Problems occur daily on offshore oilfield operations, its par for the course. As an example, knowing the process to re-enter an existing well, maybe they had issues during the re-entry operations. I have been on operations where its taken 7 days to do a 24 hour component of a workover / completion program. Should they go to the market each and everytime they have an issue, hell no, its normal in the course of business. If the issue becomes material to the success of the project, thats a different story.
