unfortunately, many organisations ( private and govt sector) - are managed by these types of incompetent female ceo/executives.
They are picked by idiots and push competent female out of the organisation, who are many more times skilled than they are.
Many are just good talker who can persuade the board to pick them but have little substance or expertise in their area.
Many are just book worm who can pass exams but cannot put the theory into practice and 99% lack innovative to rectify problems or strategy to grow the business.
There are a few overpaid females in my organisations who have all the qualifications from CFA, CPA, CA, MBA but perform like an average administrative staff who are only paid $65k/annual. Actually the admin staff out perform these overpaid females in my view.
Who would pick this person again to run their company - you got to be blind and stupid to paid her millions to crap over your share price and stunt the growth of the business.
