Thanks Tassytin, too. As someone who for the lack of better suitable options studied economics and management accounting etc. I see the costs of driving shafts through non paying ground to get to the deposit and wonder if it is possible to piggyback off the work of the old timers in accessing tin ore. I'm not a mining professional but I do understand project/industrial economics and costing in general and the importance of the bottom line to investors, as distinct from management and directors who are naturally and privately more interested in their own remuneration and the continuance of it, its only human.
I suppose though if it were possible using current technology they would all be doing it, but I have far too much experience of ineptitude in far too many people asnd organisations and yes even professions, to rely on it.
