You have to have a look at from where the trend (uptrend) started from, which was at .009c - .01c. Now, the RSI supported the first (previous) leg up, but isn’t supporting the current leg up which is very important and is a sign of exhaustion that the strength is no longer supporting the SP which means that the SP is about to/likely to correct and come down. If, you have a look at the candle stick trading it is showing a topping currently playing out.
