Domenic is one person. The board has 3 other members and hence he has a 25% vote, hence your argument is invalid. People will buy the company because of the vision, ceo and chairman and not because of 1 board member. Ps. The share price went down - so if it’s in fact related to Domenic, then the market didn’t like him leaving - your argument is no longer valid!
