Do you know what quantity of lithium is permitted to be extracted by ALB (and SQM) under their existing “contracts” (licences) in Chile?

I understand, but am trying again to find the source (information was posted on HC thread of another Li company but I forget now where), that the contracts limit the total amount that can be extracted. If correct, then while the existing contracts are noted to be respected and preserved (putting aside for a moment the possibility of State participation (under those specific contracts) before expiration of those contracts), I rather suspect that plans by SQM and/or ALB to expand operations for greater extraction will now face greater challenges. What happens in the rest of the lithium triangle could be at least partly modelled on what happens in Chile - thus relevance here.
