your assuming he voluntarily left and not given the boot. at 25M$ MC risk vs reward is very attractive. this does not have the MC of BRN.
one big ann with big 5 or NVISO and we sure wont be hearing from you again.
there reason why this is a spec stock and why investors are here for that re rate if and when it happens.
