It was an At The Market (ATM) Facility...... Not Debt
ATM Facilities work by selling shares on market, if you are in Suspension, it is pretty hard to sell shares on market
Yet Nigel is still spending $$$ drilling out and further defining the resource. This is why Geologists should step aside once a resource has been identified, they lack the ability to advance to the next stage IMO
