First of all Dr J was not on the board when he started sending emails to any shareholder who would listen. His aim, as a large shareholder in Inca in Peru, was to form a loose alignment of shareholders who would resist an unwanted takeover. It was that group of shareholders who thrust him onto the board.
He is now a key board member and can no longer comment on HC or even by private email
As far as the current situation is concerned, its raining (or has rained) like cats and dogs up north, any move will need to wait for that to abate. And, I don't think we should doubt for one second that plans have been made, and being studied in depth for the next move forward.
Let's be patient and just wait. IMO we will hear soon.

Mate, if they had hit what was targeted in Frewena the $50m could have been $500m - this is spec exploration - the next drill, at any stage, could turn things around. Lets hope so and GL.
