Am I right in saying, that KAR has to agree to a takeover, or at least put up a fight. They still have lots of cash in the bank, 100% ownage in brazil with lots of company's wanting in. Then there's us shareholders that are going to hand over our shares easily. Anyone can see the potential of this company which would hinder a take over... IMO, but that's uneducated opinion. :)
